About Our Collision Center

• The first Toyota dealership in the country is now one of the newest and most modern dealerships
• Our company, The C.A.R. Group, purchased the dealership from the Rose family in November 2001
• We moved into our new beautiful facility in August 2007
• Over half of our collision center employees have been with the company since its purchase. Many have worked at this location for 10, 15, even 20+ years
• Toyota San Diego has the only on-site collision center in the county
• We have exceeded the requirement to be a Toyota Certified Collision Center
• We repair all makes and models

Excellent Service

• We track our cycle time to insure that repairs are completed in a timely manor - 8.4 day YTD
• We use a third party vendor to track our CSI - 95.5% YTD
• We perform quality control inspections at least three times throughout the repair process
• All technicians are ICAR, ASE, or Toyota Certified
• We have a Toyota Master technician performing all mechanical repairs
• We were the only dealer in the Los Angeles region to be honored with the Toyota Collision Excellence award for 2008

Prepared for Growth

• We currently have six work stalls available which would allow for adding three more technicians
• We are plumbed and ready to add four additional Jolift in-stall frame straightening machines
• We have the potential to repair 120 more vehicles per month
• We are currently utilizing only 2/3 of our paint shop capacity
• We have 60 dedicated Collision Center parking spaces with many more available when needed
• We have an available workstation for a fifth estimator
